In the music video theirs some Plush Dolls being an allegory to illegal dog fighting... one of the dolls the MC fights sounds like the Tiberian Fiend. Then it kills it with a falcon punch...

You can also hear it during several episodes of Bernard Bear. For most if not all of the TS sound clips, Westwood used a public audio library. Same as with the explosion animations.

What Crimsonum said, I happen to have one of the sfx packs that contains the dog sound used for the fiend among other variants WW didn't use.

Aliens vs Predators had many sounds of the C&C series too. Among them is also the tiberium fiend used as a growl sound for the predator.

That sound is so weird, it doesn't even resemble a growl or anything.

Joey Kuras The SFX Kit I recall had the dog sfx, I could be wrong.
