Does the launcher work?
Do you have updated to the latest DTA version?
Which OS do you have? (winXP, 7,8 ? )
What's your desktop setting ? (16 bit, 24 bit, 32 bit ...)
What's your system spec? (CPU, GraCa etc)

Does the original Tiberian Sun work on your PC?

Are you running in -WIN or Windowed mode? If so, your desktop colour depth needs to be 16bit or lower.

Untick the "Windowed (requires 16-bit color)" option in the Launcher.
