i would guess something around this
[Lighting] ;(look in the map with a text editor and you find this section)
Red=1.200000
Blue=0.800000
Green=1.100000
Level=0.032000
Ground=0.000000
Ambient=0.70000

Trial and error is your friend

Hmm might as well give this one a try. I'm currently making a singleplayer map where in it's day and it will change into night.
