It lacks normals and normal index is set 0 which is invalid!

Just correct it in voxel header (Set RA2 Normals 4) and apply sharp autonormals once done with the model.

I don't have time to check it ingame if it has other problems besides that.

Ah, I noticed but did not get, what means Normals 4? Why are they called 4 anyway?
