It's very small. Does it provide only 20 power? (normal PP giving about 100-200)

Since it's small and presumably doesn't gives much energy, it surely doesn't costs a lot too. Thus I fear this gives a player a very quick way to expand (see silo-chain)

IIRC KatzSmile were experimenting with enlarging tile size. Just saying. You migh want to ask him how to.

Building is nice. Render is nice. However most of RA buiding are not faced towards to camera but rotated about 15 degrees so player can see two sides of structure. Thats not that important, but realy helps for understanding it's shape better.

small=1x1 foundation=RA1 silo foundation.
Thus the above mentioned silo-chain issue where the player now surely builds chains of these reactors.

Another issue: power is usually a nice weak point in a base (to disable base defense). However, it is much harder to destroy dozens of tiny powerplants than destroying only a few big ones. Thus a player with these will be much harder to bring into low power.

@Gangster: Well said, and indeed I am not going to keep the same sizes for buildings, but I will keep the format. As for the view, I am not against what you say, however from the feedback I've got people wanted to see it from a straight angle.

@LKO: Huh? The silo is much much smaller.

How can a building be any smaller than 1 cell?
The RA1 silo is 1 cell btw

You can give silo build base normal=no to prevent silo chaining. But you also can make the MCV the building radius. Like as seeen in OpenRA news.

Tesla crawling was horrible in RA, so I would just generally increase the drain cost for Tesla coil so that Soviet will need more space to build power plants.
