small part that I understand here is, bazooka guy is built
if current ai building it has NAHAND (i suppose, maybe not, if it was condition to built for attack then it would be common BARRACKS no?)
if is reached tech level 2 (2)
and has 30% chance to build this infantry under all game levels (hard, normal, easy) (number 30.000000)

Red marked 1: launch trigger condition when player house owns the object (NAHAND in this case)
Other values (may be outdated):
-1 = No condition
0 = Enemy owns a certain number of a type of object.
1 = Player house owns a certain number of a type of object.
2 = Enemys power is yellow.
3 = Enemys power is red.
4 = Enemy owns a certain ammount of cash.
7 = Neutral owns a certain number of a type of object.
Red marked 1,0,0: Use it for easy setting and not for normal or hard.
You can use a common trigger for normal and hard and not for easy like 0,1,1. QUICK_EDIT
