Aro:

Detail: 5/10
Whilst the voxel has plenty of detail, it also makes the unit itself looks somewhat messy and out of place. Sometimes less is more.

In-game Result: 6/10
The voxel doesn't look bad in-game, it has a sufficient amount of detail on each facing, though there are still a few things that bug me. The turret appears to be darker than the rest of the vehicle and the overall shading looks wrong to me, but never-the-less, this is a good job, in my opinion.

Creativity: 7/10
Definitely suits RA2's cartoony factor with it's very different design. It's refreshing to see a change from the over-used standard designs.

Overall - 18/30

Morpher

Detail: 8/10
Definitely a quirky unit loaded with nice details and features, not a boring part to be seen!

In-game Result: 8/10
For a small(ish) unit with a lot of features and gagdets on it the ingames come out surprisingly well, its shape doesn't distort at differing angles and it remains relatively tidy.

Creativity: 8/10
Something different, and I think this works very well and suits the more over the top feel of RA2. I could imagine this fitting in particularly well  in RA3 with multiple functions.

Overall - 24/30

OmegaBolt

Detail: 4/10
The voxel is very small but besides that the detailing does it's job, plenty of dark lines to separate sections and add definition. The remap could have been used a lot more creatively though and a little more none-textural detail, especially with the remap, would've been nicer to make the shape more interesting. I'm also not a big fan of the unlit cyan additions. It doesn't seem to fit the Soviet scheme at all and doesn't suggest much either. If it had been used to imply some kind of energy weapon or power core then perhaps it would make sense. Similarly the blue dome on the turret doesn't suggest Soviet to me, or anything much for that matter besides random details. IMO everything about the unit should suggest a particular function or world logic, so it's clear to the user how it works (in a round about way) and what it does.

Creativity: 4/10
Several oddities here for me. The chassis should have been a lot bigger considering the size of the turret. Weirdly also it was suggested that the unit should hover and yet it has leg pieces in different voxel sections but totally inanimate! I can only assume this is unfinished. What would have been far better is if the legs were animated and made to walk, then it would truly be a tarantula tank and not some weird floating spider. The overall shape feels rather clumsy and uninspired, the legs could've been bigger, the turret slightly more efficiently shaped.

All I can suggest is to look at cool sci-fi designs and take the best ideas. While exaggerating proportions is fine and necessary it's really about exaggerating the right bits to imply something important, otherwise it just looks clumsy.

Ingame Results: 5/10
Ingame it looks OK, a little hard to look at at certain angles, especially with the mini-'turret' on the front which makes the real turret slightly confusing. Making the top texture a bit brighter would have nicely compensated for the YR normals which make the top just too murky.

Overall - 13/30

Total - 55/90
