GeForce will give you more performance, but stay with only 7.6 gig in the hard disk is really a torture, and 64 mb RAM is too few. So, I recommend the hard disk and the RAM.

80GB HD and at least 128MB RAM, then save up for a Geforce FX... It's about $500 USD.

GF4 has several models. From worse to best, there is:

GF4 MX 400
GF4 MX 420
GF4 MX 440
GF4 MX 440 AGP 8X
GF4 MX 440SE AGP 8X <- mine
GF4 MX 460
GF4 Ti4200
GF4 Ti4600 <- the best

The differences between them are usually clock, memory frequency, bandwidth (specially between the "MX"s and "Ti"s), memory type and even AGP speed. yet the "Ti"s used to have AGP 4x. nVidia has recently released a new Ti model with 8x btw... The difference from the best model to the worse model is very high. (The best GF3 model is better than the worse GF4)

Yea, that one. The only problem it has is Warcraft3. But to solve it, just add an -opengl to the link of the Warcraft3 (so it runs in OpenGL mode). As for the other games, it runs quite fast and with a good quality images...
