In modding RA2/YR, there are some limitations and not everything is YET possible.

You can't add a new color but you can change the pre-assigned colors to any color you want

You can add colors with Ares... and NonsensePatch too I do believe.

Be advised adding White/Black to player colors is generally bad.

As white color is going to be "shared" by Neutral Vehicles (Which the White Player may use for advantage/abuse)

For Black color its almost unreadable in Text Bar/Chat and almost unseen in Radar.
