I just found this page, where a group of people remade the RA2 Allied New York City mission entirely in minecraft.
There's been a lot of interesting minecraft C&C remakes including a Functional Kirov, but this is def the biggest C&C related minecraft thing I've seen

Modding is a bit more difficult then placing blocks in a game dedicated to placing blocks #Tongue

ya know, I think they have some sort of voxel - minecraft conversion system out there, for PC. That would be an interesting way of doing things
