This version is just a minor bug fix version from 3.21. Concerning that it's an obligation from any descent graphic editor to load and save files properly, this version was released in order to fix a problem reported by Reaperrr where in few special cases, the file wasn't being saved properly. I really recommend you to download this one and replace your old OS SHP Builder with this one.

 - revisions by Banshee
   - Added: New option at Preferences -> Loading & Saving: OS SHP Builder Offset Way With Log. This opens the SHP and generates a log file called openlog.txt at the SHP Builder directory.
   - Bug Fix: OS SHP Builder now saves SHP (TS) files perfectly using AutoDetect Compression. This fixes a bug where the OS SHP Builder could give an offset value for a blank frame different than 0 in some ocasions, causing the program and XCC Mixer to fail to reload it later."

Haven't updated for a while...

I used it today and I think it's great :->
I tried as hard as I can, but completely failed to make it crash.


Since you scrapped autoshadows you can take me out of the credits until when/if you add a quadrilateral tool.

Autoshadows code is still there. I just disabled the menu #Tongue. But I really plan to remake it... the old one wasnt working properly.
