nice (cut and paste?) job.
Too bad it's almost useless, because it has
-no damage frames
-no shadow frames
-no buildup animation
-no activeanims
-the cameo could be better and more fitting to the RA2 style cameos
-the mirrored radar dish has now the light coming from the wrong direction (see the wrong direction of the shadow inside the dish)


Due to the curved walls and the many windows i would also see it style wise more a Yuri building than Soviet.

Not to mention the amount of blue AA outlines that outline this building. It could use alot of work.

I like it
don't think it even needs active anims

but does need shadow + dmg frames

I will fix this. when i have the time:
- no damage frames
- no shadow frames
- no build up animation
- no activeanims

You should probably mention that is based off another asset found on the internet because I remember this building being in a mod which had some funky damage frame (basically said damaged).

I like that style aswell. its not problem of missing shadows and buildup, I can make that easily.
