President Spencer took over the Oval office in 2020. He was very cautious not to overextended his executive powers and he hated having strong people around him. However, such a rare event for a president like Spencer, he is also the second U.S president to have the major of votes at least 85% of Americans voted for him. Spencer provided a entire economy rework to enhance the trading and the system of economy and it was a immense success. Before the fourth quarter of 2020, the U.S economy skyrocketed and many of the Americans were able to afford a better and standard living.

President Spencer was hailed by Americans as the hard working, best, man of the world leader. A couple year later, he proposed the limitation of judicial and legislative power. He faced power struggle, both branches threw everything they had at President Spencer. However, when it comes to negotiation, he won the debate and both branches had their power severely limited.

During the second term, he won the election again and imposed another law that removes the U.S congressmen and Senators. They couldn't do anything because their power were limited, they had no choice but to leave. As the Americans soon realized that President Spencer had been taking advantage of his power, they protested for removal of him. However, the protesters were push aside by hired bodyguards with advanced suits armed with high-tech weapons.

President Spencer got the money from high tax rate which he set it at 90%. The money funneled to him and he used it to build up his own military,  luxury stuff for himself and paying his workers a good deal of wage. It soon became impossible to remove President Spencer out and he became the dictatorship leader of U.S.

He grew more and more greedy, he wanted more money. He made the law that all the workers, including people who are not able to perform the tasks normally, required to work for him. Spencer was able to have at least 10 trillion dollars funneled to him every year. He also sent his own agents to oversee the business to make sure the workers are productive. While that happens,  he also imposed a new law that required the Americans to work 12 hours everyday. Supplies grew, there are plenty of things the Americans can buy.

In 2037, after Kremlin had crumbled to ruins, President Spencer required an appointment with the American top commander. When they meet in the Oval office, the president said ,"My dear commander. I have a bad news for you." He grinned and the commander looked confused. "You will be no longer work for me. You are fired." "Why? What had I done!?" shouted the commander. "It took you 17 years to bring the Soviet Union to ruins. I can't fathom why it took you that long. You the prime reason for such a high budget in our military cost plan. I can't allow that to happen. " stated President Spencer.  The commander, struck by the President brutal word of choice. "But-" retorted the commander. "No buts, get out of my sight," commanded the president.

The American commander faced with double edges, fired from President Spencer and the possibility of being a victim of Spencer ungodly power. He quickly reported to Tanya and both of them escaped from U.S luckily. The process of exiting are very long and strict, nobody is allowed to leave U.S without some kind of proper I.D. Many Americans tried to escape but failed.

Before the invasion of Europe, President Spencer made sure that his people is on his side. He forced his people to take drugs that makes them behave like his slaves. The effect of drug is almost permanent,  strong enough to remain in their system for a good period of time. The president also owns the world largest standing army of 302 million troops. His troops, equipped with mind devices which allows mind control and corrupting their enemies to turn their back against the allies.

President Spencer with a great hunger for United World where he is in full control. He felt the strong urge for the fall of Europe Union, he kept on pushing it to the limit and almost managed to destroy the Europe Union completely. But it was too soon for him when it has come to end for him. His dream, crushed, crumbled to ash and blown away. "Why does it have to be like this?" Said President Spencer. Tanya, covered with blood smears and dirt smudges on her face, not pleased with President Spencer's actions. She begins the long torturous method by wrapping Spencer to the chair with ropes and interrogated him while beating the crap out of him. When Spencer is completely exhausted, Tanya allowed Boris to finish him off for revenge and that was the end of Spencer's reign.

President Spencer is the 50th U.S president and led U.S for 26 years under Totalitarian Dictatorship.
