Cameo Backgrounds

Maybe this is a dummy question. How to make cameo backgrounds that just like on RA2 cameo backgrounds???

They are stock photos. :\
You can't magically "make" them, go out with a camera and take some or mash together some with googled images.

Well, if you can find the cameos in picture format, you will have to cut the unit and fill the emptynes with some image editor.

I don't do that, I get pictures from Google then place the unit shot taken from HVA Builder.
