Problem with LaserFences

I had it going before but than I lest and came back to having to set it up and it crashes Sad

It doesn't crash when I place the first post, it's when I place the post that adds the sections.

The first Ini building listed is the section the second is the post itself if you need to see that

If Ares hasn't changed the logic completely compared to TS, then this tells the game to use the special wall logic that searches in art.ini for the ToOverlay key to convert this into an Overlay.
Highly incompatible with special laserfence logic that wants to keep it as a BuildingType.
