My only complaint would be that its all very grey... Ruined rubble strewn environments would be full of all sorts of junk not just chunks of concrete.

Would be nice to add fire animations and maybe sparks of electricity on broken pylons etc to add a bit of colour and movement to the environment. Looks really interesting though.

cool! but...
1. Building on top right look little out of place specialize windows color have too much intensity.

2. problem on this picture is i can't tell different of high between ruin and city but also no idea how to fix it anyway.

3. for ruin scene i suggest to add some dry grass tile or some small vegetable [like dry bush] to spice it up.

4. if i were you i may give to wall metal bar with red or yellow [low intensity color ] color to make it look less boring but it's just my opinion anyway.
