One day DonutArnold posted the blender templates. I was always interested in getting into 3D modelling, so now I gave it a shot.

Here's my Tesla Coil. It has crappy textures as this is more of a moddeling practice rather thatn textureing. It could use some improvements, suggestions are welcome.

5/8. Looks pretty decent. Seems too... Solid? Not really sure what word to use here. The textures just seem too bright.

I think it's a little too chunky but not bad. Maybe try angling the 4 posts slightly inwards and move them closer in too as the gaps look quite big IMO. That might make it look a bit more interesting and not as completely straight.

Turning it 45 degrees would make it look less flat. Nice start, keep it up Smile

I like it. I actually just started using blender a few days ago myself (my first mech attempts are a few posts below yours). It may just be me, but the red pieces surrounding it look to plain. In game I can't imagine you'd notice, but it's just the first thought I had.

Sexy/10. You might have to manually edit it with SHP editor to let you remap it.

New one is lamost there with the remap. I'll fix it when finilizing the work. Right now I just made my color be red so it was fine.

Does SHP Builder upload your palettes and schemes to the Net and then download them? I have weird User palettes that are probably mine + Apollo's schemes that I had.

There's a bunch of default pals and schemes being part of the default installation, but it won't upload any personalized pals/cschemes anywhere.
