The old Yuri Argentina have a repair ship that is a tug boat with repair crane in it but since the site is down now i cannot find it anywhere. So I want to ask is there any one who have the voxel and the name of one who make it?

According to YR:Argentina on the wayback machine, it was made by a user named HighGround. Not sure who that is or anything.

Wouldn't it be easier to make a new voxel for it? I mean just looking at the Sea Scorpion Voxel anyway. Cut off the Flak Cannon, Give it a Repair Welder for a Turret and you've got a jury-rigged Repair Boat. #Tongue

He must. If you wanna survive in modding this old game you gotta at least know some form of graphical editing. Be it SHP (Via 3D Apps) or Voxeling and general know-how of rules editing. You're not gonna last very long relying on public assets alone. (Especially Voxels IMO if you're going for a consistent Art Style)

He should really learn to make assets as well. You're not gonna end up far if you're using only public assets. Even some people at least make some effort of editing and doing minor edits to existing voxels/shps.

That aforementioned Repair Ship was nothing but the repair IFV turret on the tug voxel... it would have needed even less effort to recreate, since it'd only need HVA Builder to fix the voxel offset.

IOW: guys, ignore this one, he isn't worthy for our help at all.
