Since when has companys openly attacking servers to drive them offline...oh wait there not..there leaving them 5% of there bandwith..lmfao

this isn't about lycos tho, this is about them targeting spammers servers to deminish there bandwith, much as attackers do to other sites to boot them completly offline..
