It's probably bit overly stylized, grayscale and messy but I hope someone finds a use for it. I based it loosely on the ore refinery from RA1.

excellent work
like your helipad, it has a nice amount of details and well done damage frames.

though as the helipad, the canvas could be optimized. 480x360 is not necessary. However, this one is well centered in the RA2 grid.
Like the helipad, it is also using colors from the glowing color range 240-255, which needs to be fixed.

But aside of these small and easy to fix issues, i would give this a 9/10. The texture could get a bit more detail like browns for some rust since it's a bit too grey overall.
