Factory Bonus

I apologize in advance if this has already been discussed and I just missed it.

Since updating to 0.39 and 0.39.1 there doesn't seem to be a factory bonus in multiplayer, even when it is enabled. Can anyone confirm or disprove this?

As far as I can see, it is enabled. Even after doing a quick test, I concluded, that it still works.
If you aren't sure, go to the INI folder, open Rules.ini and search for
MultipleFactory=

IIRC you need to build at least 2 extra factories for any production speed bonus to get applied. The MultipleFactory key in the TS engine is partially broken and when it has a value of 1.0, the second factory of a type provides no production speed bonus.

1.0 should not even provide a bonus at all tbh.

1 does give a bonus, but you need to have at least 3 factories of one type to get any bonus. 0 means no bonus at all.
