Civ Fanatics file not complete
Subject description: Last frames are missing :\
Hello to everyone!
I was checking some files on http://forums.civfanatics.com/downloads.php?do=cat&id=74
and I have discovered that on every animation the last few frames are missing. Like it does the same action in all dirrections,
but on the last dirrection there are missing some frames and the animation is not complete.
So is it just me, or the animations for Civ. III are all unfinished?

I don't see any issues with that FLC. What are you using to open it?

You can do it yourself. Get flicster export the files and convert them into frames shp builder can import into a shp. _________________ ~ Excelsior ~ QUICK_EDIT
you can import more than that... check your numbering and how much of a potato is your pc that you can only support 120 frames... _________________ ~ Excelsior ~ QUICK_EDIT
Pretty sure it was meant sarcastic/ironic, since the workstations in my company have already more Graphic Card VRAM than his PC has normal RAM. (working with 16GB VRAM is a dream when rendering 3D and cutting movies , a Quad Mainboard with four 8-Core-CPUs helps too of course)
I would say Algerian Major has a mediocre PC, maybe even at the lower mediocre end when counting in not only personal PC's.
Though compared to my home PC, his is better, but mine is completely noiseless (no fans) and thus more pleasure to work with (without placing it in a separate room, so you don't have to turn up the volume on everything to actually hear a thing above the turbine loud fans)

XD well i use it for gaming and antil now i didn't played a game with lag (oh and trust me NOW im bored why because i don't have any games i didn't played seriously i have 121 DVD and counting) QUICK_EDIT
