Is there a C&C3 mod with a circular menu like KW/RA3?

I did recall playing a C&C mod with this feature from the KW or RA3 Xbox 360 version but I don't remember what the mod was called. Also if there is a source code for that AptUI I would be greatly appreciated. Thing is, this so-called Command Stick Interface is not introduced in C&C3 A New Experience.

isnt this just on the Xbox version of the game ? Its been a while since I played it on the pc.

This is indeed from the console version of the game, and afaik it is unique to that version only.

Yar, as your friendly neighborhood Console pesant, that be from KW 360 and RA3 Console.

Decent attempts ro get RTS on console, though everyone forgets that the PS3 can Mouse+keyboard and load mods...
