This is a job for somebody with experience with SHPs.  What Nod could use for better infantry is Infantry units mounted on the backs of tiberium fiends. No one would expect that. Of course, they'd probably have to be cyborgs so the fiends don't eat them.

copy the cyborg paste on the fiend and make those metal reinforces on it
