As you probably know, i am making a new mod.
My idea now is to make a few things for it, but i dont't know how and i rather have it done good then loose time over it. I made some LEGO models for these units and it should give a idea how they should look.
I hope someone can make these for me (including cameo).
I would be gradefull for it! The person who makes it will get full credits over the unit (sorry, but the idea is still mine Very Happy ).
These ideas are some where a bit harse to make, but it should be possible to make.

The buildings:

- Cannon => this is a RA1 based cannon, but i re-designed it.
<<SOVIET + ALLIED>>

The units:

- Hover Robot Tank-Mk.1 => This unit is actually based on the Allied Robot Tank, only it has more options. It has a double barreld main gun (standard). The other weapons that can be added are nothing more then weapon pods, something like the Overlord from Generals.
<<ALLIED>>

- Heavy Velocity Laser Tank => This tank should be a new tank for the allies, it has a double barreld turret that fires lasers instead of normal rounds. It has also IFV capabilities, some units can change the weapon it uses (engineer -> repair turret).
<<ALLIED>>

- Heavy-Dumptruck Mk1 (for mining) = > this should be one of the new mining things. it can mine rocks and bring it to it's mining building. It doesn't bring more money then ore, but it gives the oppertunity to mine rocks and thade it for money. (i don't know how to do this part yet)
<<ALL SIDES (each has another look)>>

- Battle Scout => this is not only a scout unit, but it is also better armoured and it has a better gun. also the speed is not the same as a normal scout (normal scout is something like 16 at max., this one gets around 30 to keep it fair enough)
<<ALLIED>>

- Hovertank Mk.5 => The new supertank for the allies, it has 4 barrels, both most left and most right barrels can be moved on its own, the middle 2 barrels can move as 1 barrel. This tank is a hover unit, so it is very usefull. It's secondary fire is laying mines, although it has only 4 mines and can not reload these.
<<ALLIED>>

OW yeah. i forgot to mention that the ideas.txt file has links to the pictures, you may look around in my account there. maybe you see something that is a good idea to build (give me the credits for the idea plz)

I did that as well, with my Seraphim and Dragon corvette hulls. Use something like VXLSE II for digital conversion. Remember that the ratio of pip side length (our reference, C for constant, which we get by length over the number of pips along that length) to riser height is 5:2. If you made it in Technic, then the ratio of the width and thickness of the planks with cutouts like this: +o+ is 2:1. I do not know how big the actual pips are, but I do not think that it is desirable to include the pips. If you do, then use height to diameter to C should be 1:3:5.
I am very good with this sort of spatial problem, which is probably due to my Autism [reference: Right brained children in a left brained world, by someone I do not recall] Wink

He used Lego Digital Designer, I believe. It is more difficult to use and has less pieces than MLCad and does not have a port to Povray or any other rendering program, yet at least.
