If you want to add it only to mayan prism weapon, you must copy projectile and add "AA=yes" to it , then it won't be applied on other prism weaponry.
but if you want to add Anti air ability to all prism weapons go to its projectile and add "AA=yes" and it will be applied to all prism weapons. _________________

As far I know (I do not about FA2, but should not be different than RA2), AA=yes tag is set on projectile, not warhead.
Just put Projectile=InvisibleAll on weapon. or put AA=yes but in projectile, not warhead. _________________

Projectile cannot affect other prism weapons, because each Prism tower or tank has its own weapon. (one weapon cannot affect other since unit can fire only one weapon at time, and unless having secondary, they have only one weapon, so one weapon cannot possibly affect others in this case) Each weapon has set projectile. So actually you may want to either make new weapon, or change projectile on current weapon to allow it to fire at air or some other features.Guy asked mayan Prism to be able to shot in air.
Now, lets look at mayan prism, basic tags

As you can see, projectile is Projectile=InvisibleHigh, now lets see what does this projectile does:

That is why it can't shoot in air, because it does not have AA=yes on projectile itself. There is no need to make new projectile since already projectile InvisibleALl can be used for that
Unless he wants something else to it, to prevent it shooting over walls etc etc...
Main point here is that Projectile must have AA=yes.
What are you posting here is just confusing everyone else with projectile tags adding to warheads and suggesting to make new copied projectile, not to affect other prism weapons, since it does not have much sense. _________________
