helicopter has no rotors but acts like the rotors itself

I downloaded a .vxl and .hva that contain a helicopter. Checked the .hva to see the animation working fine. But in game the chopper has no rotors and rotates rapidly on itself. I used the Blackhawk and Siege Chopper info for artmd.ini and rulesmd.ini, issue occurred with both

Update: I tried with another downloaded helicopter and it worked fine. So it's this chopper that's defective I presume.

Probably had the sections mixed up... it's really not hard to make your own hva to animate.
