Is this voxel a public asset (in any community)? If so, I would be much obliged for a download link.

Regardless of whether that particular voxel is public or not, are there any other voxels for the Tzar Landship floating around the community, or someone's computer? If so, introduce us to each other! Or does anyone feel like making one? Anything else that is decently landshippery will do as well.
