Since everyone else put all their question in one thread, so i think i'll do the same. For first, it is possible to create 'trench' that can be passed by some tanks?

No, what i want is passable trenches by some vehicles. Btw, traversing trenches is possible with ares : http://ares-developers.github.io/Ares-docs/new/buildings/urbancombattrenches.html?highlight=Traversing

Yeah, passable building is one of solution in mind, but it allows anything (either infantry or vehicles) to pass the building. What i want is make only some vehicles that can pass the building, like only tanks that can pass the trenches while something like jeep can't. Is there a workaround for this?

Sadly that traversing trenches logic is only for infantry in mind made and it also means they are held inside, than some specific surface detail tank can or can't cross.

I don't think there is workaround for this, would need all new logic to stipulate such conditions and on the negative side AI would suffer from pathfinding issues with such likely.
