How Can i Open XCC Editor? when i open it it always says can't open mix files or insert disc or open readme for more details?
how can i open it!?

I think what you're looking for is not the Editor, but the Mixer. XCC Mixer will let you view mix files and extract stuff.

Since you appear to be totally new to this, I suggest just putting things in the game directory instead of inside mix files if you want the game to load them.
