For some reason the Russian Country crashes when I try to load it Mad

. I don't recall having made changes to Russians but last time I played with them it was working fine.

I attached the except.txt if it's useful to find out why.

Infantry and AllowedToStartInMultiplayer problem. A house has no infantry to use as starting units.
