how do you convert a TD SHP to whatever I need it to be in so I can open it in OS SHP builder 1.2 or whatever it is, the newest...

this isn't really helping, sir...

I extracted the TD palette, put it in the SHP builder Palette folder, loaded it, and I get an error message when I try to load any TD shp file...

OS SHP Builder doesnt load TD SHP files. You have to use the damn XCC Mixer, right click the file and copy as SHP (TS). If the option doesn't exists with the SHP file, extract it as pcx and right click the first pcx file and convert to SHP (TS). Then, you can open it in OS SHP Builder.
