Thank you everyone, I appreciate your feedback.

@Crimsonum The main effects used were layering (3 of them), then applying pitch shifting, phaser, EQ, and de-essing to those layers.

There is a video where a guy showed the basic idea, I just used his steps as a base and took it from there.
