I don't want units itself immune to them just making virus clouds harmless to ally unit if possible.

Also is there any way to make colour of virus clouds depend on the country?

No. Particle does not have an owner, so you can't make it tell who is ally.
No.

Not exactly, because I've got Brute gas, and it knows which side invokes it.

Gas spawned by an infdeath won't have an owner, but if you make the virus gun have a Particle= on its warhead, and take it off the death weapon, you might be able to give the clouds AffectsAllies=no.

Could you explain it detailed if possible. And would you be able to change the color of gases?

The gas is a shp animation, to change the colour you'll need to edit the txgasg.shp.
