Yea, XCC Utilities is the best tool to browse mix files and preview SHP files inside it, if it doesn't crash, of course.

We have a slightly improved version of these tools here at PPM, at the frontpage. Look at the Command & Conquer: Remastered Collection section from our frontpage and you will find something useful at the Starting Tools Wink:

It works fine here, as far as I could test it. Are you logged out in the site?

Just bumping here quickly: I've fixed the download issue with spaces in the name of files. It is working correctly now.
