How to Edit or change value a AI (Team/Ally) like the enemy aggressiveness and how to fix AI team/ally can't attack unless they attack by enemy???

Try making a trigger which makes a selected house know who its enemy is. For example:

Assigned to: associated house
Event: Any
Action: Make enemy (Enemy house).

This is a way of changing how alliances work, but I'm pretty sure it can also make one house attack another.
