About AddOccupy/RemoveOccupy
They adds/removes tiles to the 'hidden' occupancy list at offset from where building is placed.
The question is, what are the default tiles I'm adding/removing?
How does height come into play?

2x2 building, height 1~2, yellow represents default 'hidden' occupancy tiles, is it correct?
In most cases you can "fix" the occupation cells by fiddling with OccupyHeight several less than Height. For example a Height=11 building may need OccupyHeight=7.
