The voxel doesn't have any normals applied, the normals setting in the header is set incorrectly too. The Bounds in the header are also all over the place.
Edit: Post split from the Tutorials Request topic. This was an broad open question about one very specific voxel & not a request for a general tutorial. Please be more mindful of were you post things in the future.

I got to say I have to skill on this. It's very hard to do for me and this is very first time. I made them in 3ds max and convert to here but if I could understand more it would be a lot better because the it doesn't seem to be easy as minecraft placing blocks. QUICK_EDIT
