Competitive 1v1 map designed to have multiple small blockades around the map.

1.1 Update:
Intended spawns being TL vs TR, and BL vs BR for 1v1's.
Lowered the tiberium in the center on the top and bottom
Some tiberium in the center removed so harveste...
