Side=
Lists the side(s) which get to hear this theme from the [Sides] list in RULES.INI. Can be used to ensure that only certain sides get to hear specific themes, although it is unused in Red Alert 2 - this remains residual from Tiberian Sun.
You'd be surprised at how much stuff is still inside the WW INIs. That, and much of TS' code is still intact in RA2YR, so some TS features (like subterranean vehicles, AirportBound=no working the same (if empty pad then plane spawns there, if no empty pad then plane comes from map-edge), Carryalls, etc.)
Just give the INIs a good read once-in-a-while, you'll be surprised at what you can find; like Country bonuses that are still fully functional but were disabled from the final game (probably due to balancing).
There's more examples, but that's all popping into my head right now. QUICK_EDIT

Thanks, I had checked the themesmd.ini before but there was no mention of a way to make music play for a side. QUICK_EDIT

Adding music is quite finnicky, sometimes XCC Writer will show RA2 and YR greyed out, when its not greyed out sometimes it will add the music and extract the thememd.ini into the directory, other times it wont. I had no luck adding music to theme.ini. QUICK_EDIT
Note that if you add music to one of the sides, the sides above it in the [Sides] list also need custom music for it to work.
So if you add music to Yuri(/ThirdSide) you also have to add music to the Soviets(/NOD) & Allied(/GDI) too & if you add music to Soviets(/NOD) the Allied(/GDI) side needs music etc. _________________

I found the problem, since I have two RA2 installations (one for the mod and one the original RA2 for online) the theme mixes were extracting in the RA2 original.
I changed the regedit, now all's working fine. QUICK_EDIT
