Ore generating unit?
is it possible at all? heard some tumours about debris usage, maybe Ares provides some easier way?
for example to make Slave Miner to generate some ore around itself when deployed. QUICK_EDIT
several ways possible
a) art.ini animation which constantly spawns art.ini debris via TrailerAnim
e.g.
[MYORESPREADANIM]
LoopCount=-1
TrailerAnim=CRYSTAL1
TrailerSeperation=10 ;spawn every 10 frames
see [CRYSTAL1] for an art.ini debris that spawns gems. Use
TiberiumSpawnType=TIB01 for Ore
b) rules.ini voxel debris using IsTiberium=true
see METEOR02
c) use ToOverlay in art.ini on a Wall similar dummy building. So you basically build ore. just find a way to automatically build/place these "buildings"
d) killing a unit with TiberiumHeal=yes
could create a slave miner like unit which constantly spawns units that get instantly killed and this way release tiberium/ore
e) several new Ares ways of spawning units via animations and then using method d) to get the tib/ore _________________ SHP Artist of Twisted Insurrection: Nod buildings

OH! it works. So how to make the ore patch look dense? I build them but all I got is tiny little ore patch. QUICK_EDIT
