ive made some gates but annoyingly enough when i render them ingame they do this thing where they overlap units crossing them like so:

how do i fix this? heres my art code.

Code:
[CAGATE_A]
Image=CAGATE_A
Remapable=yes
Cameo=GATEICON
Foundation=3x1
Height=2
Buildup=CAGATE_A      ;buildups on gates are hacked to use the non damaged anim backwards
;SpecialZOverlay=CAGATEZA   ;dunno what this is. made the anim but does nothing, apparently
GateStages=9         ;
NewTheater=yes
CanHideThings=False
CanBeHidden=False

that did help. ive found that using that workaround causes the first frame of the damaged "up" animation to play as the first frame
of the buildup anim due to the hacked way that gate buildups work, so i made a special buildup anim for it and it works well now.
