Is there a way to auto generate the Ice shore or edges instead of doing it manually? I've looked all over in FinalSun for it and nothing.

If you have disabled Autoshore from option menu, then it will create water tiles without connecting it to clear tiles (square tiles). On the toolbar, use Autoshore button (last button) to create shore tiles for those. Better is to use framework mode (Ctrl+F) to draw those shores by hand.

If you are asking for ice tileset, then there is no such option.

Also there is no option in FinalSun to set IceGrowth flags for cells, have to use MapTool for setting those and use updated CnC Map Renderer to view which cells have it.
