Is there a tutorial that shows you how to go about changing the  color of the ore and gems ?

I want to make the ore look like green translucent tiberium and the gems purple and make an ore pack of different colors for everyone to have.

I did tried them before. The gems and ores can be modified by using shp builder. Extract those gems and ores out and rename them to shp extract to image or edit in any apps as you like then import back, put the file back but don't forget to rename them back to it's original name too.

Should working properly.

I did extract the ore drill and make them as a building with active drilling anim and spawn ores around.

What I want the most is to tinker with terrain file and allow to either destroy or make a new terrain within a game play.

Some Chinese modders did that and I want to do it too. I am addicted to turn the game into crazy stuff.

Tiberian Sun has it easier: the frames have remap, and with the flag Color= in the respectful Tiberium section you can change the color of Tiberium that way.

At least, that's how it theoretically looks like on my end from the left-over rules code and TS Tiberium SHP frames.
