I had been waiting for a very long time but so far there wasn't any sign of Talon Ops heroin.

Also a small side question if you might: How many members of the Talon Ops in the story? Would countries like Taiwan, Vietnam (or South Vietnam), Thailand, Australia, etc... aside Japan and Korea be a part of this subfaction or being related to them?

I retconned Sakura out. The Talon Ops now instead deploying the Rocket Angel Corp, Jumpjet Troopers that you can train up to 5 who are armed with cryo rockets. I've just been busy with RL for a long time so i've been unable to update the mod for quite some time.

As for the members of the Talon Ops its mainly an international group akin to the Sub-Factions in C&C3. Their unique unit replacing the Navy SEAL just so happens to be the Shinobi who have far more advanced equipment and training.
