So, over 7 years have passed from my failed attempt of making a fully RA3 mod on the RA2 engine (actually it failed because of my access to files and hard drive...)

And the modding Chinese scene is very advanced with conversion stuff.

So I ask, did anyone make a RA3-based mod on RA2?
