I having been trying to edit infantry sequence (cons, for example) so that the infantry will not act too quickly under game speed 5. The only solution I know is duplicating each frame so that the whole motion goes slower. But it's too demanding and most importantly, very easy to have errors.

Is there any better way to do this?

I don't think so. Sequence speed is hardcoded.
