No water cheer frames is fine though since its not possible for swimming infantry to use.

With Ares and Phobos, you never know; for all we know Swimming Infantry will be able to cheer within the next 24h; or 24 months.

You know what would be funny ?

If when you shoot at him, the game engine actually would see the raft and not him, and you would hear the air escaping from the raft and the  engineer whips out a bicycle pump and starts inflating it, like healing the raft until it is repaired or it sinks and you would hear him GLUB GLUB drowning
