Blender templates [TD/RA & TS & RA2]

Accidentally skipped an alpha version. Here's Alpha 9:
-Disable post-processing dithering (caused annoying noise in final render background color)
-Add Alpha enable/disable scripts
-Improve Eevee shadow frames rendering
-Set default frame rate to 12

I'm transitioning away from using Unity and will be using Blender instead. I suspect these templates will become invaluable so thanks in advance for putting them togetherXD

-Fixed contrast and lighting (disabled contrast preset at Color Management)
-Also fixes images being washed out in Composite
-Remembered to pack textures this time
