Does it happen to all maps or just that one map?

If it's the later put the file up here; you might have corrupted IsoMapPack and/or set up triggers incorrectly.

If the former then you probably have some VXL/HVA shenanigans going on. Or just some rules.ini screw up...

Could be mix file related. Have you tried to swap mix files one by one for vanilla mix files, to see if it still crashes and to narrow it down?
If it doesn't help, try the same with ini files.

Give more details like are you on TSClient etc. Is it map specific? Exception is generic, check if game files have needed permission / admin etc.
